Castle - graphic design and code a simple 2D mobile game

We are hiring a developer to create an initial prototype of an iOS application. If this initial prototype is well executed, there will be more work to follow immediately. For completion of this project, please have this up and running on a development webserver or app emulator I can access to test its functionality. Please choose a modern, popular, and cross-platform (iOS and Android) game engine (examples: [login to view URL]). In this first piece of work, the assets will be static, but the selected platform must support 2D animation, logic, and sound effects for future work. Upon opening the app, the user will be shown a splash image. After 1.5 seconds of the splash screen, the user is asked to enter an integer. That integer will then be displayed in the bottom center of the app. The app will refer to this integer to draw a castle on a background canvas. The size of the castle will depend on the size of the integer the user provided. For every 100 units in the integer, the castle gains an additional block. Remainders under 100 are to be ignored. A castle with 200 blocks should fit on-screen without scrolling - please size the blocks accordingly. You may use royalty-free tiles, patterns, sprites, and background images to design the castle and background scenery. Please ensure that you have rights to use them, and that if attribution is required, you do so. The user should be able to pan up and down and side to side to view their entire castle. They should not be able to pan too far away from their castle. After the castle is drawn, the user can tap the integer in the bottom of the screen to edit the integer they originally provided. After saving an updated integer, we will either add or remove blocks from the castle based on the update integer divided by 100. Blocks should be added and removed from the castle evenly.
