Convert a Template to a Website

I have bought and installed on a freshly installed Joomla 3.4 a template by JoomlaXTC called "Bandit" ([login to view URL]) I 'm not at all good at artistic/designing/modern/css3/html5 etc etc stuff, so I need someone who has an eye and feel for this stuff and make a "shinny" awesome looking site for my non commercial radio station which is located in Greece. So basically I need this "specialist" to setup the graphics and the menus... Mainly the Aesthetics of the site, the look and feel. The old site now ([login to view URL]) has a Tumblr feed directly from my tumblr blog, which you can take a look and maybe get ideas from it since (i believe) its very nice, the tumblr blog is radioactive913.tumblr.com. The feed comes easily into the old site via a plugin called Tumbax. I think its the easiest way to bring into the site all the stuff that Tumblr supports so automatically we can have Soundcloud and Mixcloud data and YouTube videos and all the rest. Except if you think that you can do it in a better manner?! I don't actually need any of the plugins or modules from the old site to the new! I don't really care for them, all I want is to have the same functionality in the new site as I had in the old. For example, in the old site, in the events section where I have lots of photos, I don't care if you will use the same phoca gallery module to show the photos, you can use anything you like just as long as its modern and beautiful! Another example, in the small e-shop that the old site has, which is not so important, I don't care if you use virtuemart in the new site. Again use whatever you like best, just as long as it can have stock for the t-shirts that we sell, for different sizes and colors. Please let me know as soon as you can, I need this done...
