Create a contest website

Hi! I need a contest website like 99designs.com. The website will be in 2 laguages : Farsi (RTL) and English(LTR), So I need to have ability to change language. If you provide the English version of the website, I'll help you to translate it to Farsi. I need a marketplace/Store area where designers will be able to sell their designs and members can buy it without make a necessarily contest. I should have full backend features and functionalities to control contests, comments, payments, contest date alteration etc. (like on 99designs and other similar sites). This is the list of features that perhaps, can add something new to the typical features of above mentioned sites: There will be Featured contests in the homepage with an option to view all the contests. There will be recent designs in the homepage. For Site Owner- admin: Administration Panel to manage the site Admin login Manage Registered users of the site Contest Managament - Create add/edit/delete contest categories - View the contests posted - View the comments posted on contests - Option to charge the contest fee before it's launched - Option to take commission from prize payment - Set the fee for Private Contest - Set the fee for Listing Enhancements (Bold Title, Highlighted Listing) - Can have different fees for each contest category - Can set minimum amount to launch a contest([login to view URL]) Payment Management: - View Contest Payments - View Prize Transactions - For fees & payment I will use my Local Bank account. That means when a contest holder start a project he/she deposit amount in my Bank account & i will pay to designer from that account, when a withdraw request submited. Content management section with WYSIWYG editor for creating FAQ, Help etc For Contest Holders: After Sign up, In their dashboard they will get: Launch a Contest with Multiple Prizes Set a Private Contest (hidden from Search Engine, accessible only for registered members) Make a Guaranteed Contest (Prepay the Contest Prizes) Set the Contest Length, Listing Enhancements Create contest attachments Preview the Contest's Entries in easy way Sort contest's entries Give ratings to contest entries Give feedbacks to designers Nominate Designs for Easy Winners Selection Email notification when designers upload their winning designs Account Management to view their activities For Designers: After Sign up , In their dashboard they will get: Submit their designs to contest Add contests to their Watchlist Discuss or reply contest holder's feedbacks Report contest Email notification when there are new contests launched Email notification when they win the contest Account Management to view their activities For Viewers: Give ratings to contest entries Report contest (in case there is brand/ownership infraction) Report designer (in case there is copyright infringement) This is a general description and we can discuss details step by step.
