Create online store and function + design (Shopify)

I am looking for someone that had a lot of experience with Shopify but is also a great designer to help finalise this for me. It looks like Shopify is the best solution for us : Website would need to include a custom apps that would do same/similar feature as : - Customer Pricing - Wholesale, Member & Country Specific Pricing App ([login to view URL]) - Product builder; where client would be able to select fabric for each part of the shoes and see the resell before ordering. - Store Locator | Dealer Locator and Store Mapper App ([login to view URL]) I am looking for someone who can take this from beginning to completion and who has done this before. Timing will be to commence asap and complete before end of June. No shopify experience (portfolio asked) no job. As part of the requirement, I need - a recommendation on whether it is better to work from a Shopify template or get it created from scratch.
