Create the Label for my Bottled Product

Hi freelancers!
I need a label designed for my 10mL bottles of essential oil ASAP.
I've attached a PDF of 2.625" x 1" labels on which the design should be made on.
The label should be split into 3 parts with vertical lines dividing the sections. The middle section will be the largest.
The left section will be a white background with black text.
The text will read, "CAUTION: IF PREGNANT, SUFFERING FROM ANY MEDICAL CONDITION OR TAKING MEDICATION CONSULT A HEALTHCARE PRACTITIONER BEFORE USE. DILUTE PROPERLY - MAY IRRITATE SKIN. NOT FOR INTERNAL USE. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN."
Next line of text below will read," Ingredients: Boswelia serrata oil"
Next line of text below will read," Suggested use: For aromatherapy use or as directed by professional essential oil reference."
The text will be rotated 90 degrees to the left.
The middle section will be a white background with a creative design surrounding the text.
The largest font text will read, "FRANKINCENSE"
Next line of text below," 100% PURE THERAPEUTIC GRADE ESSENTIAL OIL"
Next line of text below will read,"Net .33floz (10ml)"
I'm open to ideas for color of text/design of this middle section.
The right section will include my company logo attached below.
Text will be black and be below the logo and will read,"Traveling Oils Guy, LLC. Chelmsford, MA 01824"
Line of text below will read, "Distributed by [url removed, login to view]"
This section will be rotated 90 degrees to the left.
