Customize FreelanceEngine Wordpress Theme (including some extra functionalities)

I want to use the freelance engine theme for wordpress to build a project bid website for travellers and travel agents. ([login to view URL] and form admin panel: [login to view URL]) What I want is: - traveller customer can post a project with things he would like to do for a holiday, destination, period and date, type of trip (should be multiple options possible and optional to fill in). - A travel agent can bid on this project with a short description. - After this a message can be send, I have got this plugin (Private Message plugin form EngineThemes) - A travel agent can make a profile and fill in which kind of travel projects (destination/category) he want to recieve a notification for in e-mail - The form to post a project should be such as the plugin [login to view URL] (which I already have - see attachment-, but another form with icons/images would work for me as well) - Travel agents can buy packages to place an amount of bids or unlimited per period - First month should be free / first 5 bids free - As an extra it would be nice if there is a place where agents can place suggestions / their own advertising space, based on destinations and categories / things to do. Many things are already in the theme so it's mainly a customization of it.
