Design & Build a MailChimp Template

Design and build an attractive mailchimp template that has the same content as our current version, but make it much more attractive and tidy. Our current one is attached - the font isn't very appealing, the table looks pretty ordinary, the pictures sometimes look out of place, the headings don't really stand out, etc. It currently looks pretty poor, and we need it to look great and professional. I've also attached a message from Xero which is much cleaner and I quite like as a high level concept.
We need to get the functional HTML out of this project so that I can load it up into MailChimp and use it. (ie it's not just a design exercise, we actually need the template)
(Sorry - forgot to attach the files last night... now attached. The first is our existing Mailchimp template (which is just one of their default ones and the formatting is pretty bad) and the second is just a nice clean one I get from xero which is just included as inspiration for a neater approach)
