Design a Website Mockup

I want freelancer to design a classifieds website for agriculture products trading. I can give you a reference website viz. [login to view URL] (fig.1). If you want to use a word press theme for this, like [login to view URL] (fig. 2), you can use it. The other specifications for this project are 1. Since the website is restricted to agriculture, all the headings and names will change in classifieds themes 2. There are limited categories with pictures on the home page i.e. 21 in [login to view URL] (fig.3) and 8 in the demo theme [login to view URL] (fig.4) and. I want more categories in my website and if possible, to be able to add when ever needed. 3. Incorporate SMS gateway for any thing. 4. The seller should be able to post ad easily 6. The buyer should be able to register for his requirements 7. Translate widget is to be incorporated for Indian languages 8. Space for advertisements should be allotted like in [login to view URL] (fig.5) or the theme[login to view URL] (fig.6) . 9. Mobile app also to be developed (optional). Finally, all the working environment should be like Quikr I am expecting a quotation with lowest price at the earliest.
