Looking for a basic landing page design for a SaaS startup. This initial design is for the basic landing/info page for the homepage. The job could then progress into more pages and other design work. The intent of the page is to drive a call to action sign up with email.
I want the page to be a single scrollable page that is divided into 3 or 4 different sections. The first screen should be a call to action/sign up form.
Here are a few sample websites that I like the overall designs of with comments on what I like:
