Design ecommerce website using provided woocommerce xtheme

I'm looking to launch a new website and need a DESIGNER (Not developer) to help with the design/branding elements. The store will be using the Xtheme Integrity Stack ([login to view URL]) and I need a designer that is used to working with WordPress/WooCommerce themes, can remain faithful to the structure of the theme and give designs based on this that will be easy to implement. If you have a developer partner then I'm interested to know that too, as I see this as the next phase.
