Design logo and build a Website in Joomla from my template -- 2

I need a logo to be designed and a website to be created. For logo, I am looking for a good creative design. I will provide some sample urls' of other logos to give you an idea what quality I have in mind. Also I have purchased a Joomla template sometime back. Template url is [login to view URL] I will provide the server access with the installed template, ftp access will not be provided. Will need around 14 pages with proper content and proper design/images. I can provide baseline content and list of 14 pages to be created. No patch work or copy paste work accepted. Please do not bid if your project cost/bid is only for a part of work. No additional cost or partial work will be accepted or paid. Payment schedule: First payment after logo is completed and approved. Second payment after home page design is live and approved Third payment for another 6 pages done and approved. Last payment when all other pages are done and approved. Please do not bid if above terms are not acceptable. Also please provide your hourly rate separately as I will have other work coming up on PHP and Android.
