Design a new User Interface for our software application in Blend (Visual Studio)

We have an application in .NET which is in need of a nice, professional UI. Need someone who is an expert in Blend and can have developed UI's for Visual Studio applications before. We program in C#.

Please show us some of your previous work. If you have not used Blend before, please don't apply.

Here is the FTP to download our software application. It is a software to manage the climate (temperature, humidity, etc.) inside a greenhouse.

We would like a nicer interface to this software. Something like Adobe or the Blend interface? There are also other HMIs available for us to look at. Google HMI and look at the images.
