Design the Graphic (Header, Pictures Etc.) and Edit a Wordpress Template

Hi Freelancers, I'm looking for primarily a Graphic Designer, who happens to know and understand Wordpress. I basically need someone to design Headers, Images etc. for wordpress themes that I have. There will be some minor customization involved, like moving menu's or changing some color schemes, uploading pictures to the background etc. but primarily there will be design work needed. The themes are from Themify - so familiarity with them is a Plus. Also from Studio press etc. Again - I already have the Themes, do DONT need to develop a theme or purchase it, I just need you to help with the graphic design and some minor wordpress theme editing. I provide all content. Generally I provide an Idea of what I want done as far as the graphics go. I'm looking for someone for Recurring work, as I expect to have about 1-2 different websites Per week, so someone who can do this Economically as this is to be recurring work and it shouldn't take you very many hours. Each project should probably only take between 10-15 hours. To give you an idea - http://themify.me/demo/#theme=parallax That would be one theme we would edit, and we will need all the home page images, the background images for some of the pages and of course making sure that the whole theme looks fantastic on Mobile devices (so adjusting the size of the images and position if necessary). I know every project is slightly different, but I'd like to have some baseline for every project..so If you can quote either per project or per hour that would be great.
