UI/UX Designer Required for Web App Interface - DESIGN ONLY -- 2

I am looking for an experienced Web UI / UX designer who has a portfolio with at least 5 Apps or Web Apps that are completely designed from scratch.
For UI anyone can download some graphics sets. I am looking for the designers who create the graphic sets from scratch pixel by pixel.
The project is for the UI of my Web App which is already working online and has some design already done. I do not want to release the finished product to the Public without a full re-design of the UI/UX.
For example the menu currently drops the entire website down from the top. I beleive this interrupts the clean functions and user experience. The menu should be unobtrusive and work over the site or be secondary to the actual features.
If this sounds like you and your team I am interested in talking over my design project with you. You would have complete creative control over the interface but the features are set already (and working online on our dev server).
