Need a Programmer to build/develop a website for us

Make a product info/sale web site for us. Use ASP.NET. Details will be provided to selected candidates & you shall be allowed to revise your bid at that moment. We have modules for Ticketing & Chat that will need to be added & the modules will be provided to you. The site must be multi-lingual & be mobile & SEO friendly. We shall also need you to maintain it for some time & provide SEO for 6 months after deployment. Full source code will have to be provided to us, so we have no dependence on any outside party. You shall deploy it & train our folks to do minor maintenance. Addition or editing of existing products will have to be done by non-programmers. You shall put a couple of products of each category for a test site. Rest of the products will be added by our staff. Also add the tray capability for buyers to checkout & pay via PayPal. Ability to have potential clients provide their contact info will also be required. The related text shall be easily editable by our folks. The database used will be MS SQL server & the products structure should be easily alterable. A secure test will also need be done to make it hacker proof. Your bid shall be a binding for 60 days after the bid. Only serious candidate need to apply. Our budget is flexible but about US$400. We shall expect the work completed in 10 days after award & the info that we need to provide
