I need a brand logo/title design. The brand is LITTLE SPROUT MILL and the product is ORGANIC, WHOLEGRAIN, SPROUTED FLOUR. An artisan flour miller, 'Little Sprout Mill' produces a unique product in the Australian market- sprouted grain flour. The product is a range of organic, stone ground flours, sprouted to increase nutritional content, bio-availability and digestibility. This is a product that must undergo a significant amount of education to achieve success in the marketplace. The identity of the brand will play an important part in attracting and promoting the product in a competitive niche market. Our flours will be packaged in handmade calico bags and sold through farmers markets, wholefood stores and innovative organic online distributors. I need a logo/title design that can be used on our business cards, fliers and packaging. The design of the brand name will be used on our proposed e-commerce site, facebook and blogger pages. I would prefer the font style to be the identifier of the brand, rather than a logo or badge. The brand name "Little Sprout Mill" must be able to be stencilled onto calico bags and the font must be able to be utilised for other product labels. The 'feel' of the design must embody organic, wholesome, artisan, handmade and natural ideals. It must appeal to an educated and health focused consumer base, prepared to pay a premium price for premium product. Font style, colour and clarity are significant for this brand. The product itself (flour) is not unusual or interesting to look at, so the title and branding must interest and excite, hint at the artisan and unique nature of the product, the organic and wholefood values that our business represents. This step in the development of the product will lead to other design opportunities- fliers, e-commerce site and advertising opportunities. The successful designer will have the opportunity to continue with the company as we launch this exciting and unique product in the marketplace.
