hi, we are researching a team or a person that will be able to creat us an home service quote that will work with wordpress that will be in 2 language (english and french). we want the website to be looking like the picture weve attached. Take a look at the picture with attached. 1- so when user will arrive on the home page, he will have to click on the button ''comparer maintenant'' the button will redirect it on the second page that we've attached. 2- On this page the user will have to fill out his information, after that he will have the option to attache a picture (normally it will be the invoice of his current home service)... after that he will have to select option in selection that we will have made. 3- When he will have fill at the information and selection he will have to click on the button ''get a quote'' this will send automaticly all the information that he have fill, by email to the 3 company that offer home service here in our state. HOME SERVICE = INTERNET, TV, CELL PHONE, HOME PHONE...

First, I will create styled HTML pages from the mockup images. However, I don't see the image of the second page in the "Additional Files" section. Do I need to look somewhere else? Next, a I'll write the PHP to format the form data as an email to the specified providers. Also, for this project I will need the page text in both languages. Lastly, I have a question. Do you have a system in place for sending emails? The webserver that will run this site will need to have a working sendmail configuration installed. The other option is to use a mail sending service like sendgrid, but they might charge a fee depending on how many emails you need to send.
