build intranet -- 2

Hello I am looking to build a intranet website that will provide individual personalize sites to agents with different systems built in with capabilities of doing the following. -Generate leads with lead tabs and quantity with action take button to respond to lead or set up on automatic campaign or campaigns by marketing current listings with a click of a button via craigslist blog,back page, classified, media & portlets, etc. Sample site to look at would be listings to leads. I want leads to be able to register themselves to automatic listing alerts in the price range and areas of their choice. So they know what is in the market first hand without need of the agents effort. Automatic responses for a lead that comes unto our website is a must with kindly reminders of how exited we are to work with them in finding their future home. -Cultivate leads via motivating and informational campaigns English and Spanish campaigns will be a plus.. specific to real time real estate markets. Targeting subjects of interest to buyers or sellers depending on information provided on lead form. -Transaction sheet that informs admin of check request. -Integration with lead generation, cultivation and paperless system for transaction such as dot loop tabs should be accessible form same intranet page. One place for all necessary steps to do business. This should be cost effective and time is of an essence. Please advise. I also have sample Intranet fully functional that I am able to share however I will need to speak directly via skype of phone with whomever I choose to work with so if communication is going to be a problem please let me know.
