Axure and Balasmiq Prototype of WEBISTE (RESPONSIVE) in correspondence to our Mobile App

we want some prototype expert who can make a functional wireframe prototype based on our documentations and some flow charts we already have the mobile app prototype of the same done, and we are planning to make the corresponding website we plan to hire to quicken the project and someone who has experience of axure or balasmiq the time frame is just 10 days for both front and back end of the website I am not sure but it should be approximately bout 50-100 pages including front and back ends but please dont quote based on just the page number but before you give us the quotes we expect you to have a look at our mobile app prototype to give you an idea of the exact scope and you bid should be accordingly. any request of the increase bid or amount would not be accepted. Milestone and time frame would be a strict issues, any delay would be fined out of your next payment The release of milestone would be on receiving step wise file of the prototype. the first milestone would be released after 25% , similarly second, third and forth on completion. Before each release we expect the file to be delivered through freelancer file share and immediately the money would be released. ( please review the scope before you bid the work)
