Create weekly meal plan and grocery list

I am looking for someone who can help me build a weekly meal plan and link me to the ingredients i'll need on Amazon Fresh/Amazon Prime. This would be similar to a 'clean eating' plan.
Ideally what I would envision is using the slow cooker a few times a week. Spiralized meals, simple to make dishes. All that I could prepare on Sunday/Wednesday each week then easily either take out and eat or quickly prepare, or put into the slow cooker in the morning and eat the next day.
I'd like the meals to somehow use similar ingredients so I am not left with a lot of left over ingredients. So essentially the meals would be efficient.
This would be ideal for someone who has a nutrition/dietician background or someone who is into health.
I have a few requirements:
Mostly vegetarian / vegan
Occasional Meat dish (salmon, chicken, beef) (once or twice a week)
Low carb
Tools:
Spiralizer
Food Processor
Slow Cooker
Stove/Oven
Toaster
Blender

I could see you finding the meals and recipes on: Pinterest, Google image, Tumblr, blogs and a few apps.
You will be an integral part of a team. I am hiring someone else to come to my house twice a week to help cook these meals so you providing the recipes will be an important part. There obviously would be a lot of back and forth to get this right so my expectations are that this will take a bit of time to get it just right.
