Create Simple Animated Explanation Videos

Hello I am looking for a one-time service provider to create an animated explanation video. The animation itself should be mostly simple and 2D The video will be a simple explanation of the stock market and investment techniques, around 3 mins, and I will provide you with the script and the kinds of graphics we are looking for. Looking for a service provider who is reliable with great communications skills. This will involve voice and background music (I will most likely provide) And deliver the final product within 2-3 weeks week in an FLV / MP4 / AVI or other net friendly format.
