I have an estate of 58 buildings on a parcel of land 160000 sq. metres. I want to site CCTVs in the estate. The estate has 1 entrance with 4 mechanical barriers (the mockup plan would be provided on request). I want a CCTV system to be designed for the public safety of the residents. Particular emphasis would be placed on blind spots with recognition of objects as the key objective. All cameras would be sited externally and should have day/night feature.

Hello dear, I have a lot of experience in Computer Vision applications / image and video processing in mobile and windows applications, My Team experience includes Port Based container Damage detection Software: detecting damaged container and keeping record and report of containers movement, Driver fatigue detection using raspberry pi which in a matter of milli seconds determines if the driver is sleeping or not and alarm accordingly using OpenCV, Vehicle counting in the particular category they belong to on a high speed road, number plate recognition using OCR algorithm of openCV, face detection and recognition for attendance system of a school and patient management system of a medical system. Dear The area is very large and will require lot of cameras. This mean that you will need big monitoring area. This is serious project and we need to make a detailed project program before starting.
