Add text to an InDesign file - CS4 - reposted

I am having to repost this project due to be being very let down by a provider on this site, As a result I am now 3 days behind an already very tight schedule. We have an existing InDesign CS4 - file and a spreadsheet, we need someone quick with InDesign to replicate text articles based on the content from the spreadsheet - approx 800 entries - some will require access to the web to lift profile images. Note that this is an adult related document, so if seeing adult material offends please do not bid. We only need the text articles created and where necessary images placed - as per the example page attached here (jpg purely for example purposes only). We would need the completed file returned for us to check within 24hrs of being selected. We are happy to do this project ourselves but feel that it could be a useful project for a new freelancer looking for a quick job and good feedback - our maximum budget is $100 and we will not go above that under any circumstances. If we hire someone it will be for an immediate start, working through until completed - if you are not prepared/able to work to this then please do not bid. We expect the chosen provider to be an excellent communicator - using any of the main recognised messenger systems for example. Payment will be made once we have checked the file - we will not be making escrow for this project so if that is a requirement of yours please do not bid. I want to choose someone inside the hour and have them working on this immediately once selected.
