The person should be able to design a new product using solidworks using the guidance provided. - I am expert in Solidworks and know very well design and manufacturing. The desired person should be able to proprose solution to the project on the design stage. - This is normal stage of process. All the conception is done already but need to do it in 3D and validate the project with simulations - Any project in 3D must be simulated first before anything else.

I can do this with Catia, but I can translate all to you and send SW files if you desire. My job in last years was feasibility. I think almost all is possible to do, but depends in how much you can return your money back and who would pay more than the value for this. Thanks.
