The role of the Studio Representative at Queen City Delights: Queen City Delights’ studio representatives are charged with the singular duty of recruiting models for our webcam operations. As an internet based operation studio rep may recruit models from any location in the world. Studio rep may elect to serve in either or both of the following roles: 1. Personal Recruitment professional- Works directly with perspective models recruiting them through personal contact, e-mails, link placement, and recruiting websites 2. Business Development Manager – Works primarily with businesses to allow for the distribution of advertisements for our model positions.
