We currently have capacity to manage 5 callers 24/7 in the following languages EN, IT, FR, HU, RU and local. We provide (if you require) live calling statistics, access to our CRM to view activities, dedicated Team Leader and access to our call centre offices whenever you require.
You should provide details of the product/service you require to be represented, as well as any marketing material etc. We require 36 hours notice to commence a 18/5 operation on behalf of a client and 7 days to launch 24/5 or/7.
I can be reached personally 24/7 and remain customer focused. If you wish to listen to any of your calls, you can also do this. We provide daily/weekly/monthly analysis of calls made, with duration and prospects. Incoming calls we provide telephone number to connect to our systems. Should you require entry to your CRM please let us know the name of the software.
