Create and Manage Adword campaign for www.audilar.pt

HI, Hi need to promote my web site in several ways, adwords, facebook criteo or any other smart advertising you suggest. Target Countrys are Portugal, Spain and Angola I need someone with experience in google adwords, i dont want to have any thing to do with the campaigns configuration i´am a busy person,so i only want reports and i will give budgets to campaigns. So person I choose must take care of evrithing, make the banners in all sizes needed, make the code for smart advertising (show products from our database to potencial buyers) make the face book appealing campains, videos etc. I will only support in any translation to Portuguese if needed, provide keywords, and indicate the key sites we want to our advertising to appear.
