SEO and PPC specialist required

We are a tutorial service looking to hire someone to plan & implement SEO and google/bing ppc campaigns on an ongoing basis. There is also the possibility of working on other projects in our portfolio. Experience/ Expertise and good communications are very important. Can interested parties please reply with details on their experience --- how long they have been working on such, what knowledge/qualifications they have, what projects worked upon and results etc. Please can you quote your hourly rate. We are looking for someone who can work quickly and effectively. SEO responsibilities include: Suggest site optimisations Implement link-building strategies Generation and optimizing SEO content, URLs and Keywords Keyword research and analysis Natural link-building through quality blog content Link baiting Google ranking techniques and link popularity initiatives Usage of any reporting and controlling software (e.g. SEOMoz, Google Analytics, Linkdex etc) PPC responsibilities include: Setting up, managing, and optimising PPC campaigns (google & bing) to achieve maximum conversions for budgets Ensuring targets are met on a weekly and monthly basis (commissions available for hitting targets). Ability to setup converting landing pages would also be a plus (this would also be paid for).
