Blog needs 2000 Subscribers

Please read everything very carefully. I need someone who can get Blog Subscribers fast by ethical means only. You MUST state the methods you will be using in your bid. You will be paid 50% once you get to 1000 new subscribers and the remaining 50% after 14 days after project delivery - no money will be paid up front. Payment will be made by Escrow only. I am looking for 2000 new Blog Subscribers for an existing Blog, which currently has a few hundred readers. The winning bidder must be able to start immediately. Here's the rules: 1) all Subscribers must be real people 2) all Subscribers must be aged 18+ Payment: 1) you will be paid 50% once you get 1000 new Subscribers hit and the remaining 50% after 14 days after project delivery 2) You will be paid only for those Subscribers that remain active after 14 days. 3) No payment will be made upfront 4 ) If no significant increase to Subscribers numbers is made within the first 7 days the project will be cancelled NO BLACKHAT METHODS OF ACQUIRING Subscribers WILL BE TOLERATED. When you quote please let me know what methods you will be using, your experience of delivering similar projects and how quickly you can deliver the project. If you can give examples of similar work you have done before please include the URL in your PM/bid. Please do not bid unless you have experience of this type of work and can start immediately on this project.
