Add timer, pixel analyzer to current Java source

I have JAVA source code to an NES emulator. I need someone who can add a timer that runs every 3 seconds and is capable of analyzing the game screen to determine the color of specific pixels and relay that information back to a server (via a PHP script preferably).

For example, the timer would run on second #3 and send back to the server the color of the pixels on horizontal pixel 3, vertical pixel 5.

Basically, the point of this is to be able to analyze scores (we can only do that via the pixels on the screen) and send that score back to a server. I don't need anyone to meticulously go in and figure out every single pixel and convert it to a number. I only need you to really give me a single instance of a pixel being read and I can add in the rest.

I would also need one of the <applet> embed parameters to include data that is sent to the server every 3 seconds. This would be the user name of the person who is currently playing the game.

So the way it works is..

A timer is established and runs every 3 seconds. When 3 seconds pass the applet reads a pixel color on the screen and then sends the data to a PHP script along with the name of the user (which will be established in the <applet> embed code. There doesn't need to be ANY confirmation within the applet that this happened. It should all work silently in the background.

I don't need you to write the PHP server-side script for me. I just need a single example of how you can look at the window and get the pixel color. I can do all of the other sorting. I have full source code in .java file format along with a demo HTML file which has all of the embed parameters in it. you should be up and running very quickly.

I have attached the source files and an [login to view URL] file which is the embed code. It has the location of the ROM (super mario) for testing already going so you don't need to worry about that. In the htm file it's linking to an applet at [login to view URL] - you'll obviously have to change this text for testing. You shouldn't have to change any other parameters.
