CSS cross browser expert w/jquery, javascript expertise

We have a working site that I am "relatively" happy with. However, the CSS is a mess, and we're having some cross browser problems. I need someone who can take the basic elements we have and clean it up. We only have/need a single image in the header, and as this is a private customer site, we can require javascript to be enabled. I need: The CSS files scrubbed clean of unneeded stuff. Add class names to some of the table formatting so it can be properly used. Any needed fixes so it works consistently on IE6, 7, and 8, Firefox 3 and Safari 4. Integration of Superfish JQuery Menu This is a very simple site, no fancy layout. I expect this will be a very quick job, as we're just looking for an expert to clean up what we currently have. I will provide the CSS files, the header image and a few "sample" pages of the type of content we have on the site. I will also be happy to share the URL of the current site if requested.
