I need a simple jQuery countdown timer which counts down to Tuesday, then resets to Friday, then Tuesday, then Friday, etc.
It should countdown to Tuesday and Friday every week, forever. As soon as it hits zero, it should automatically start counting down to the next day in the cycle (either Tuesday, or Friday).
The script should be easily understandable so I can alter the dates, for example I may want to change it to Wednesday and Sunday. I should be able to easily modify the script without doing any heavy coding.
Code should be based on jQuery Countdown Plugin:

Hi,
This is a straightforward task that I can do for you. Let me know where you want this placed or if there are special styling considerations. Looking forward hearing from you.
Greetings. I'll implement the required functionality but you should take into account that it will be dependant on the user's local time not your server time. If you want the timer to be accurate and depend on server time, the server side script must emit a variable containing the server date and time, but this server side work is out of the scope of this bid...Regards,

I will create function that will generate the date to pass to the $.countdown function as the until parameter, a callback method to reset the counter to be passed as the onExpiry parameter, and example code to set it up.
