Create a script to scrape Rakuten Marketplace for price comparison

I need a script written that will allow me to run a scrape of competitors pricing on rakuten marketplace ([url removed, login to view]). Using a spreadsheet of products and their upcs, I would like to be able to have a software that is given the product upcs and with that information searches the rakuten marketplace to analyze who the lowest price competitor is as well as at what price they are selling the item for.
