Build a Website

This is a one-off project that will hopefully lead to ongoing work once we find the right developer. This project involves creating an embeddable Javascript widget that will display Toastr-style ([login to view URL]) notifications on my customers' websites. The widget will need to poll our web app (via JSON & CORS, preferably) to receive content for the notifications in near-real-time. The web app will respond with a notification collection. Each notification will have: - unique id - UTC timestamp - HTML content By regularly polling the web app, the widget should obtain a fresh collection of recent notifications to display. If a notification is new (i.e., it has a timestamp within 5 minutes from now), it should be displayed immediately. Otherwise, the remaining notifications should be displayed at a random interval, from 10-120 seconds. Each notification should be displayed only once. The widget should be embeddable with a single, short script tag linking to the Javascript hosted on our site. That script should load any supporting libraries, CSS, etc. from our site as well.
