Collect Degree Certificate on my behalf at UPES Dehradun

Resident of Dehradun simply needs to visit University of Petroleum and Energy Studies and collect my distance-learning MBA degree and medal on my behalf and them courier it back to me in Bangalore. One-off assignment only. All authorization forms and signatures will be provided by me. Candidate just needs to take those signed letters from me and go to the university office and collect the certificate and medal and then courier it back to me.
