A package of links at $100

We need a package of links from quality websites to specific pages of our site. The budget is $100.00! Please describe what you can provide at that money. We will choose the best offer. Bids without details of the package you can provide (i.e. how many links, rankings of link pages etc.) will be ignored. Target anchor keyword phrases and relevant URLs will be provided to the project winner. REQUIREMENTS: * Absolutely NO Black hat tactics. We require White Hat techniques only. * All links must be submitted manually. No use of automated software or bots * Free, permanent, static html and never expire. No rented links. You agree to replace any link that expires within 12 months after placement! * The PageRank values must be 2-4 which applies to link pages, not to the homepage of the domain. * No more than 20 outbound links per page. * Links must be from English language websites relevant to the industry of our website * Only text links with our targeted keywords in the anchor text. * Visible, readable, indexable by human and search engines * All links must be from different Class-C IP addresses. One link per domain. * Links must be placed over a period of time to look natural and avoid penalties. Maximum of 8 per day. * Link pages must be active and indexed by google within the last 30 days, interlinked with the website homepage. DON’Ts for all the links: No duplicated backlink sites. Sites already linked to our site will not be counted. No links from rel=”nofollow” or “noindex” tag for pages and anchor text No [login to view URL] blocking, fake PR, penalty site banned by Google, Yahoo, Bing. No java links, jump scripts, framed pages, redirects, cloaking, dynamic links, flash sites/pages, hidden links, graphics. No link farms and link exchange programs or web rings, FFA sites, adult and illegal websites, black hat or spam sites, links from "bad neighbourhood" sites, ping sites, freely hosted sites (geo-cities, tripod etc). No scraped content, mirror sites, orphaned link pages, link schemes and sites with contextual ads, popups, ads, sponsored links, “Classified” sites, labeled links, etc. No directory submissions, blog and forum posts, article submissions, links from guest books, within newsgroups, yahoo groups, CL sites, social bookmarking sites or from profiles of social sites, etc. We need weekly reporting sent to us in excel spread sheet, with the following information: 1. URL of the page where our link is located. 2. Google PR of the page where our link is located. 3. IP 3. Date the link was placed. 4. Anchor Text 5. Number of outbound links from the page 6. Whether the link is indexed by Google 7. Contact email address information 8. Contact name if available We will check all the links and will let you know if any of them are not okay with us. We reserve the right to reject any backlinks that do not meet our requirements. Bidder must agree to replace any unapproved links. Payment: Funds will not be released until all work is completed. 50% of the Payment will be made after all links have been placed and verified. The remaining 50% of payment will be paid after the links have been cached by Google. Include in your bid: An indication that you have read, understand and accept all project requirements. An explanation/strategy covering your link building strategy that you will be using, including how you plan on finding and contacting the linking sites. Examples of your past link building work and similar successful completed projects.
