Hi, To star with. Linux sysadmin here with more than 8 years of experience in hosting services and solutions off linux servers. To get a summary of what your requirement is, you basically want to scan all you rmailboxes and send out alerts whenever certain quota is reached or certain limit is reached. For that to be achieveable I would request you to provide me with a shell login on the server so I can get access to your internal contents. If you own the cpanel installation that'd be even great!
