Custom skin design and firmware for MAG-250 IPTV STB

I've read the wiki and agree it's not difficult task for Unix person, for example for me with 14 years experience in Linux/FreeBSD. But it looks like there are no tools for current image decompiling although the iptv provider needs custom settings to be applied. In this case this settings are needed to me. And will you give the private key to create image? Or i can generate it myself. So taking in account these issues i think an hour is not enough.
