Debian restricted shell for users

I run a Debian server - and I want some users to access the command line but with very limited command set.
* Create a group with 4 users each have ssh access and only are able to execute one specific command.
* No Command History
* only one specific command plus "exit" to leave ssh session
root access level will be given for this job.

Add group and set login shell for each user to this command, no need in exit command. Ssh will control authentication and run command for user automatically.
