Brand and create a logo

I need a freelancer to come up with a brand name and a logo design for a real estate content publishing website. The content will target high-end real estate owner-occupiers and investors, high-end real estate agencies, high-end buyers' and sellers' advocates and high-net-worth individuals. The brand and logo design must attract the target market without being pompous but still communicating that the publisher deals in high-end and luxury properties. It must be professional, have an air of exclusivity but not trashy (nothing sparkly). I am open to any swatches you think works.
