I have a low resolution (72 dpi) photo that I need to have converted to a line art / pencil type art . The finished image needs to be in high resolution (300 dpi) and the finished size needs to be approximately 1.50" in height.
I have included the original picture as well as a very close proximity of what I am looking for, but the finished art must be of high resolution. The image must have a clean, transparent background on the finished artwork.
1) The smaller picture (7.63 KB) is the original photo.
2) The larger picture (18.85 KB) is what I am looking for in the finished artwork, but it needs to be high resolution.
3) The masthead pdf file is where this finished picture/image will be placed when completed to give you an idea.
I am open to the technique(s) you can provide in modifying this image, but a very, clean line art / pencil type artistic work is acceptable or a straight Photoshop grey scale manipulation of the photo to as closely represent the sample of the larger image is also acceptable.
