Build Virtual Machine with Mac OS Operating System

I have a Windows PC. I use VirtualBox for building Virtual Machines now with Ubuntu OS. I need a new Virtual Machine (can be with VirtualBox, preferred, or any other method) but I need this Virtual Machine to have a Mac OS on it. I do not have a Mac OS or know how to do this.
