Must be located within traveling distance of San Diego, California, United States. We need to set up a completely automated assembly line where nylon strap is fed from a bulk roll into a hot cutting machine at a specific length and then is run threw a machine that will stitch the strap, fold one end onto of the other (so they make a loop) insert a standard key ring and then stitch the loop closed.
Has to be completely automated and all the software needs to be written as well as the feed machines need to be made that the software will control . Also would like it to perform a quality check on each unit at the end.
