Designer Needed for Ongoing Short Turnaround Projects

We are a company that owns and operates 9 hotels in Western Canada. We have various promotions that we advertise on an ongoing basis but are in need of a designer to create unique and Franchise consistent advertising. This would include but not be limited to the design of: - Newspaper Print Ads (in black and white or color) - Magazine ads - Tradeshow Booths (design of panels) - Web Banners/Web Advertising - Email designs for promotional advertising (we use Constant Contact to upload) - phone book advertising More work may be available for someone who also has experience with the following but it is not necessary to get the job: - increasing our online presence - set up of an FTP site which we could upload documents/photos/logos to - Use of Google Docs We use Creative Suites and are able to view any format. Typically we will require pdf and jpg's of all design work. This would be paid on an hourly basis and we NEED quick turnaround (24 hours) with ability to make changes quickly. Someone with exaggerated design experience would be great so the time spent developing each ad is minimal due to the quick turnaround and possible changes needed.
