Position: Freelancer Business Development Manager/ Business Development Executive

Employment Type: Per project percentage basis

We are one of the best development houses in Odisha(India) with more that 4 years of experience and a dedicated team of more than 15 people and we are looking for highly experienced people in the industry who got a Flair for Marketing and Bidding and have a never ending list of new and potential clients who can send business at regular basis for the following technologies:

• Web Development

• Mobile development

• Custom Development

• E-commerce Development

• Search Engine Optimization

Desired candidate should have:

- Must have minimum 3-5 years online bidding experience in portals like Elance, Guru, Odesk, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour etc.

- Maintain company profile on online portalsif needed, otherwise his or her or profiles

- Deep understanding of various bidding portals like Elance, Guru, Odesk, PPH and freelancer

- Generating new business from above mentioned portals and from his/dierect resources and client base

-Generate new business leads for Web Design, Development & Apps, Internet Marketing.

- Expert in writing proposals for bidding projects.

- Must have excellent English written & verbal communication skills.

- Ability to identify and evaluate the right projects.

- Should be highly efficient in sending proposals.

- Should gather insight for technical team,negotiate & conclude deals.

- Candidates with technical background would be preferred.

- Should be comfortable in communication with overseas client through Emails, Skype, Chat, Phone etc.
