I have no clue about R programming, I've tried to do this my self but have achieved incorrect results it seems so please excuse my ignorance. I have a vector of observations as well as a vector of times of when they are observed. The problem is importing them to Matlab in a way such that the time remains is correct. I can explain more thoroughly, but I am sure it is completely trivial if one knows R and a little Matlab.
