Form this levels we can determine the better solution (in case small output power levels compare to the input power possibilities -- we can build internal boost converter to create 24 volts). Hello. I can do this for you. I have a lot of experience in electronics. I will do the schematic and the PCB layout. My plan is to have a 12V power supply. The Uno will connect to that 12V. From the same 12V rail there will be 2 other circuits: one buck to convert 12V to 5V and one boost to convert 12V to 24V. Both the buck and the boost will have an enable pin that will be controlled by the Arduino. Please let me know how much current do you need on 5V and 24V rails.

Hi , You can use a DC-DC Boost converter to convert 5v to 24v and a NPN transistor (if the 24v device is not consuming high current) . If your 24v device consumes more current you can use a 24v DC adapter and a N-Channel MOSFET to switch the 24v Device.

As I dont have good reputation for arduino project on this portal , I will give 100% to acomplish that within lowest budget , even I have created this few days back but I have to contol 12V device with arduino ? I hope you understand you need mosfet (24V) and simple basic ciruit to control 24V device from arduino ? please give me a chance to proove my skills. Thanks SK
