Access Database Project

Looking to have an Access Database designed that can do the following. Overview: Mytech is an IT consulting firm that provides IT infrastrucure and Managed Services to the SMB market. We are looking to develop a tool that we can use to assess our customers\prospects infrastructure\reources on a reoccuring basis (Quarterly) and compare to a standard that we have developed. Defitiions: Blue Standard - Is a standard that will be used to compare and rate the customer current state against the defined standard. Category - Like equipment that is group together. Example (Host Servers, Virtual Servers, Workstation, Network, Services, Applications, Backup etc) each customer resource will be named when added. Assest - An assest is child of the catgegory. Assests will be added by category. Each Assest will be given an ID. ID - An ID is created when an assest is added. Component - A component is a child of the assest based onthe category of equipment. Each category will have defined components based on its category type. Example (Category = Host Server: Components (Manufacturer, Host OS, Age, Warranty, Resources) L1 Component - An L1 component is a child of a Component. Not all components will have L1 components. L1 Components may be added if the Blue standard changes and is required for evaluation. Example (Component =Reources: L1 Component (Disk, RAM, CPU) L2 Component - An L2 component is a child of a L1 component. Not all L1 components will have L2 components. L2 Components may be added if the Blue standard changes and requires it. Example (L1Component = Resources: L2 Components (Disk, RAM, CPU) L3 Component - An L3 component is a child of a L2 component. Not all L2 components will have L3 components. L3 Components may be added if the Blue standard changes and requires it. Example (L2Component = Disk: L3 Components (Config, FreeSpace) Survey\Evaluations - Each customer will have multiple surveys\evaluations. Typically performed quarterly. Each Survey will have a scoring systems that will be used to evalute the current state of the client. Score will calucated by the lowest number for any Component, L1, L2 L3. and rolled up to the categorey level. Survey will need to retained Please se attached file for more information EXCEL.
