CTC Data Management

I am looking for someone to do a job for me that consists of data management access application. I am unsure of the scope of revisions for this project so I need a ballpark quote of how much this work will cost. The following is the information I have on the project so far. Access application is designed to data collection in the field (we use tablet PCs). Once data is complete, we need to move the record(s) for each CROSSING (identified by DOT#) to a central repository. The "Run Final Report" functionality is to convert various data points into a Word Document. A lot of standard, boiler plate paragraphs of information, triggered by a variable in the data set. We are in the final phases of testing and tweaking the application here and hope to have it wrapped up within the next week or so. What we are now seeking is to expand the functionality to assist us in tracking issues, developing status reports, and summarizing data across the data set. I'm going to get together with my team to more fully describe the functionality, but thought you might get started in familiarizing yourself with the starting point.
