Changes to Access to go database

(A) "Pick to Display" list box: 1. Display duplicated member name records whenever Member(last/first), FirstName or LastName are selected in the "List By" drop down 2. Inclusion of Barcode as a 2nd column in the list box whenever Member(last/first), FirstName or LastName are selected in the "List By" drop down (This will enable easier identification of individual records with duplicate member names.) ( B ) Error message displayed whenever a new member record is being created that has an identical member name to an existing member record: 1. Add barcode to the list of displayed possible duplicate records in the error message 1. Split the database into front end and back end, with the back end containing the data. 2. Modify the code such that the application searches for the back end database upon startup and if not found, the user is prompted to identify the location of the back end.
